By providing individualized life skills training and supports, we help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independent lives. For some that may mean becoming a volunteer or securing a job. For others, it might be actively pursuing a hobby. And for others, it is simply learning to use available community resources. We partner you with a habilitation specialist who knows your individual needs and interests, to assist you in these key areas:
Community Participation Supports
Services that offer a stimulating environment designed to meet each individual’s uniquely identified strengths and preferences, as well as their abilities while focusing on community integration outside of the home.
Companion Services
Assistance that is designed to ensure an individual’s health, safety and comfort while assisting the individual to participate more meaningfully in home and community life.
Habilitation Services
Support that enables individuals to carry out activities of daily living, develop practices that promote good health and wellness and manage his or her own medical care.
Respite Services
Care and recreation for adults with disabilities.
